Where is the Subscribe to Forum located?

I have enabled the “subscribe to forum” option, yet cannot see where this option is supposed to appear to users. Am I missing something?

It is in the users profile. It is a one-stop place where they can subscribe to multiple forums should they wish.

we are currently evaluating whether or not to add some buttons to the group, forum and topic views by the other subscribe…  but getting awful busy in there with lots of buttons…
