Cannot install unified theme

Hi, Can someone tell me what is going on here? I am using the simple-press uploader on my site, but this is the message I get:

The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found

Sorry about the delay - new year's eve and all that!
Unified is not an SP plugin. It is a theme. You need to upload it in the forum admin > themes > uploader.
