what error message???  you didnt give us one…

but guessing you have an issue with the theme storage??  If so, try going to forum – integration – storage locations… all green?  did you install or simply move?  if move, you will need to create those storage locations manually…  for moving, please see codex:  https://simple-press.com/documentation/codex/faq/how-to/how-to-move-sp-to-a-new-server-or-domain/

under available themes it has a red box at the top of the page and says this

Themes Folder: /home/ddt_admin/DebbyQuigley.com/wp-content/sp-resources/forum-themes

barebones is the only thing showing under themes

i downloaded theme from old site to computer and did a new install to new website ..

That’s not an error. It is just information to inform you where themes need to be stored…

i thought i had extra themes that i had purchased … how do i get access to them?

if you purchased extra themes here, you can access them again from your store account on this site…

if you downloaded them and were using them, they would be in wp-content/sp-resources/forum-themes on your old site… of course, you could have renamed the sp-resources folder but hardly anyone does….
