How to Change seconds to minutes?

Hi everyone, I need to change the seconds counter is shown every time you make a comment. I would like to get to put 60 seconds 1 minute, as if they spend 120 seconds set two minutes ... I do not know what I mean.

I need to change what is marked in orange, so that the latter do not appear once past the first minute.
