While you have all other plugins disabled can you also try switching theme to the WP default just to see what happens?

No change .

I just deactivated all the plugins (except forum)

and set to wp default .

The same errors / issues as before

and forum>admins>manage admins still does not display .

Just did a complete uninstalll  of spf

Then set my theme to default , deactivated all plugins .

Installed spf  again .

I tried the forum on the default,with no plugins

and it is still not working

It's almost like it's not meant to be .

I just do not feel like giving up up .

There must be some way of detecting the error ?

well, please uninstall and deactivate it…  then create us a temp wp admin account and PM it to us here…  we can go in and try to install it…
