Have a look at Using Themes

Unified can be both Desktop and Mobile. Once installed, if you go to your Simple:Press admin and select Forum>Themes, in the list on the left under ‘Themes’ you should see ‘Mobile Theme’ where you can select which available theme you would like a mobile to display. You can do the same for Tablets.
