refund/ not good enough

Hi,

“i paid for platinum member but this forum not good enough for me. Every time i got crash and the more trouble. I tried with 3 premium” WP”theme but still problems. I do not need this problems, please let me know how can i get back my money?”

I believe I did answer earlier and suggested that you start a support topic in the forums so we can look at the problem and get it resolved.
 
From you images it looks like two things,. one is probably an option setting in the WP integration panel and the other may be a script conflict which, most usually, is able to be fixed.
 
If you would open a topic on the issues and include a link to your forum page then we can almost certainly diagnose what needs to be done. This is, after all, whet taking out membership is for.

lotta cruft here… takes more time to sort through and understand the problem… 🙁

first, you are delivering cached pages…  you need to exclude the wp page the forum is on from the caching… the cache plugin incorrectly handles the forum page as its dynamic…

you also seems to have a plugin (or maybe wp theme) that is trying to minify css into a single file…  and it is corrupting it…  can you disable that or exclude the forum css from the minification??

I tired and this is not the first wp theme.

On the Emerald nothing worked.. Upload, settings , new topic…

I dont understand what your tried or why…  you are still caching the forum pages and overall css is minified (incorrectly)…  need to clear these two up first…

do you have a plugin called wpfc_minified??  its doing the minification…

and wp fastest cache is doing the caching…

can either be made to exclude the forum page/stuff??

caching and minification is now gone (looks like minification was part of fast cache – hence the fc in the name I guess)… and theme is there…

sorry, can you explain further what you are doing?  detail the steps and buttons selected… the image you linked to isnt really part of uploading an image…  you do have images uploaded I can see in post (http://forum.wiki.plus/forum/forumtema-1/2/)

unfortunately, as guests, we cannot try uploading, so  you need to walk us through what you do so we can follow along…  and perhaps provide a temp account for us to try…

so lets take this one at a time…  in your email you referred to a z-index issue…  yes, your wp theme is overriding our z-index set for dialog popups… so you have to adjust it…

so you need to edit the sp theme you are using…  as always, we recommend you make a child theme or a custom theme rather than editing ours so changes are not lost on updates…  we have free child theme starters available for download…

assuming you created a child theme, you would edit the css file for the child theme and add this css:

.ui-dialog {
   z-index: 9999 !important;
}

and it will fix your wp theme overwriting our styles..
