I believe iPad mini has the same issue ( i am using Galaxy tab 8.0)

and you can see, there is no "add topic button" on the right.

Same issue as what? This is a new topic....

Do you have an actual link to site?

What screen resolution?

More important than device... And do you have unified set as theme for phone and/or tablet theme?

I looks like you changed overlays since the image you attached. Is it working now? I am seeing the add new topic icon in my emulator.

I also see an add topic button on both my phone (android galaxy s5) and my tablet (surface 2)...

Thank you very much for the messages. Yes-  I was just testing different overlays to check everything is fine. It also looks good in emulators.

It is working good on my cellphone but maybe it is the tablet's fault. the "add new topics" icon is floated right and not able to add topics. The screenshot was taken from the tablet.

hmm - maybe i am just a minority - tested different browsers in tablet but still no hope:(

I can tell you that it all seems to work on an iPad Mini as well...

I do not believe any of us has a Galaxy Tab although I could try it on my Kindle Fire but will need to plug it in and charge it first as I don't really use it any more. Actually... I will have to find it first!
