I am running the SP forum with a customized child theme for Reboot and I have not updated the themes since I installed the forum more than a year ago. I think it is time soon to update it, also to ensure a more mobile friendly access to the forum.
Would you suggest to wait with the update until your next version of SimplePress comes out?
Depends on the level of customisation. What have you changed – styles? templates?
Some templates, nothing massive but here and there some small things. Styles for sure!
I probably would update the core Reboot. There may be Ione or two ‘clean-ups;’ you are missing. But nothing particularly significant.
