I am making a duplicate of the current website and using it on a new URL.

I was looking for a quick way to remove all posts and any of the "updated" / "recent post" icons that are shown when replies are made.

I deleted some forum topics and still see there is the default icon for a reply or new post to the left of the subforum..would like that gone.

I have full access to the database if that is what is needed to wipe stuff clean.

Thank you

remove all posts from the entire forum?  best way is probably use our prune database plugin...   allows you to remove any number of topics at once...

if you want to remove any buttons (not sure why you would remove reply, but hey, your forum), you can remove them from your theme template files...  the template files are page type templates just like WP...  so topicview for example is the list of posts... just remove the buttons or items you dont want...

be sure to have your own theme before doing this to keep from losing changes on upgrades... see:  http://codex.simple-press.com/.....g-a-theme/
