Support Forum

When I go to the Manage Groups and Forums, then the Create New Forum screen there appears to be a bug/conflict that causes the options to show incorrectly for Standard forum or Child/sub forum.

When you first visit the screen all option show when Standard Forum is selected but if you toggle back and forth the options change/vanish.

Has anyone come across this issue? Any ideas on how to debug or fix it?
