One of my admin guys just posted this. Any idea what's going on?

I tried uploading another file last night, but the screen stated that I didn’t have user rights, to upload files?  HuH?    

I just tried again and here’s another error message…

HTTP Error.
Upload URL might be wrong or doesn’t exist.

Anyone else experiencing uploading errors?
