Support Forum
Greetings,
I am testing an upgrade from version 5.x to 6.6.6 - the only theme I can get to load properly is the CSS-only theme. Other themes seem to lag and then load with no CSS style and look all screwed up. Nothing shows in the Console as far as loading errors, nothing is logged to the webserver error log.
My question, it's stated of the CSS Only theme: "It is aimed at those users who are unable to use our overlay based themes due to hosting server restrictions." Does anyone know, specifically, what is being referred to? My WordPress install works fine - everything else works fine. The requirements listed do not differ from theme to theme, what "restrictions" are they referring to?
The CSS ONLY theme is an old theme that have been deprecated. The only themes supported in the latest forum version are modern 2020, Barebones and Reboot.
Though the description of what you're experiencing seem more like a caching issue. The forum page should be excluded from being cached so maybe double-check that? Don't forget to clear your CDN cache as well if you have one of those in the mix.
Thanks.
