Inspect Query is displayed when logged in as an administrator after selecting a forum

A dialog window is displayed with Inspect Query a tablename and the query is displayed after selecting one of my forums.

This only seems to occur I'm logged in as an administrator.

Is this a setting that I mistakenly enabled?
