I am a silver package member and have registered my website and have tried to update my plugins but continue to get failure notification. Not sure what steps I should take at this point.

Hi:

That's weird.  But if you need to do the upgrade immediately you can download them from your account screen and then upload them to your site.

You can upload them two ways:

1. Using FTP or

2. Deleting the existing item in the plugin/theme screen and uploading the new one.

You can also download the PREMIUM UPLOADER from your account screen.  When you install it it will install all the premium modules without you having to install each item one at a time.
