I don't think that part has anything to do with Simple:Press.  Maybe it's a false positive from the antivirus software, maybe it's a real threat.  Probably worth engaging the services of a security expert to make the call if you're not sure what's happening there.  If you've been running older WP plugins and themes that hadn't been updated for a while its possible that something slipped in.  Many updates to themes and plugins include security related fixes so if you didn't have those the message you're seeing might be real.
