PHP Warning in php 7.4

Hi,

I've upgraded to PHP 7.4.8 and I am getting a warning on all pages of my site due to simple press:

wp-content/plugins/simplepress/sp-api/sp-api-class-spcdb.php:552

" Creating default object from empty value"

This is just a PHP warning: all seems to work OK.

There's a fix in the github repo for this - you can see it here: https://github.com/Simple-Pres.....6308c3fcd9

You can just replace the entire file on your install or edit the files and add the lines shown on the commit.
