Hi!
Not running the SimplePress myself, but having some issues with the account on a forum where I signed up long ago. Thing is, when I signed up, activation e-mail seems to have landed in the junk folder, and is now gone. I can't re-sign-up 'cuz then it says that e-mail is soon to be reserved, or something like that. Hence, I'm stuck in a catch 22 kind of situation. So, with phpBB and vBulletin I know there is a /forum/~.php script that you can call with a speicfic ? syntax to get a prompt where you can ask for a new e-mail confirmation, but I'm not sure if there is such a thing in SimplePress. Not even sure if I put this question in the right sub-forum. Anyways. Hope someone can help.

Hi:
You might want to contact the site admin and just ask them to delete your existing user profile (under the wordpress USERS menu option). Then, you can just re-register the account and get a new activation email.
