I’ve been a silver member for years and I received the email saying it would renew again. It appears it didn’t although my card is valid still.

Now my website is crashing due to the plugin conflict with php version. I can’t see any way to renew my license for silver, it only shows my receipts. I emailed support yesterday with no reply. I have two websites running SP and don’t really want to pay the new levels.
