Inside my website, I have the Simples Press forum as a community and other plugins that I use for my courses. Only in Simple-Press, the links of Youtube and Vimeo, in a random way, are converting the link to video, every other time.
In the attached image, I only updated the Simple-Press page and sometimes the link does not convert.
The problem with this is that I work with Vimeo videos that are configured to play only on my website, so when Simple-Press does not convert, my students cannot access the videos because they cannot open directly on vimeo.
Before the answer is, update your plugins, they are up to date, or, make sure to disable other plugins, if the problem is not solved, I already did that. Thank you.

Unfortunately you posted your question in the COMMUNITY forum - i.e.: where users help other users. If another user does not have the answer or isn't available to offer help then you will not receive a reply.
It looks like you're a SILVER BUNDLE user (the lowest priced bundle plan) which does not include any support directly from us.
For support directly from us you should be on at least the GOLD bundle which provides support via a Forum that we monitor directly.

Wow, disappointing the change they made, I've been using Simple-Press for over 4 years and if I can talk about changes that really upset me, these were the current plans. Leave a plan where the only support is the community? Ok, as I am forced to buy another plan for support, I already sent an email, but honestly, where I may not recommend the simple-press, I will not recommend it, because I love the forum, but I don't like the changes they make, due to the comments on wordpress.org, I suspect it’s not just me.
