I'm running S:P on two membership sites.

One of these installations has some issues that I have never been able to resolve, despite posting here multiple times, namely, I can't get notifications to work, so my partner and I don't get email notification when a member posts.

Trying to subscribe via RSS also brings up this error:

Member use of the forums has not surprisingly dropped off, and we're contemplating moving our members over to Facebook (oh, horror...) or Google+. Before we make that drastic move, though, we wanted to find out what it would cost to get help troubleshooting, AND ongoing help when those inevitable problems arise.

On my other forum, btw, trying to subscribe via RSS gives THIS error:

Ultimately, I'd love help with ongoing upkeep with both forums. We'd need someone who is expert in the integration of Simple:Press, WordPress and WishList Member.
