The first question – you can change the registration url and redirect on the forum admin > components > login and registration.
As for the rest this form is a WordPress form, page and code and is nothing to do with SP so you will need to change the WP core code for that.
We DO optionally add the math section onto the form and I can tell you where that is if you tell me which version of SP you are using.
There are third party registration plugins some of which might allow you to change things around more but I coild not say for certain.
