Hi guys, its about 2 years now since my first SP installation and everything was fine until now. I changed my WP theme, and there’s probably some conflict, because my forum works super slow, and it also slows down the entire website. I’m not a programmer, and i dont know where to look and what to do.
I thought about changing the forum engine but i dislike everything except SP and i really need help to keep it alive. Anyone can help me with it?

after having a lot of fun with plugins i discovered that the speed loss is because of buddypress integration plugin.
Still no idea how to fix it
Unfortunately I don’t have experience with buddypress. I take it you are using it? Is it possible it’s something with buddypress that is slowing down the site? I’m not sure how the integration plugin could be doing so..
Again just a thought, might be worth looking into in the meantime, I’m sure someone with more experience will be along shortly.
not aware of anything in the buddypress integration plugin that would slow down your site… even more unsure about how changing the wp theme would affect it…
actually i just turned off some of the features in intagration plugin and it started to work much better
