I'm no big fan of Vbulletin, but they do have one feature that I really like. Consider the following:
What I like about it is that the current location is dropped down a level. The location from which I came is the last crumb on the top line. I much prefer to use the breadcrumbs to navigate back to the forum I'm reading posts in rather than using the back button on my mouse because it forces a reload and icon update, so I can see which topics still have unread posts. In Vbulletin, I just click on the last crumb on the top line. In SPF, I need to click on the next to last crumb. Secondarily, topic names can be rather long. I like the idea of having a long topic name on its own line.
Specifically, I'd like to see that last crumb, at whatever depth I'm at, on the second line, whether it's a forum or a topic.
My 2¢…
I have raised a ticket. As always tickets based on user requests will be weighted in terms of priority based on popularity of the feature unless there are other compelling reasons to make the change. This notion does have the advantage that it would help people who run the plugin in a narrow column...
