Hi.
Bug: If users upload images with the same name, they'll overwrite the existing pic.
I'd recommend single folders for each user with timestamp-generated picture names.
And also I'd like it more if each user could only see his own upload folder, or see no upload folder, only the image he uploaded, cause it'll become a huge list of pics after a while.
Maybe an option for admin menu then: only show the picture the user just uploaded - or - only show specific-userupload-folder - or - show global useruploadfolder

Anyway - individual folders and a much improved uploader is comng along in V4.1

well, okay, it's not a real "bug" but not nice.
php error occurs on my forum if user clicks on the upload folder in "upload/userupload/" shown in the upload form, but I guess old upload will be completely replaced by a new one next update.
hope 4.1 is comin soon

4.1 is due this summer... we are a bit distracted with a compatibility release for wp 2.8
