The Manage Toolbox capability was not turned on, so I turned it on and then I could see it.
At this point I am afraid to reset the profile tabs and menus... Do you think I still need to do this or should I start getting daily notification at this point? When are these usually sent out? Thanks!

Resetting the tabs and menus simply saves the path to all of the profile the forms - the physical location. It does not touch data.
Steve can give a definitive answer on when emails are sent out but i would expect it will be timed from the time you set the option on.

I did have to rebuild the profiles, now I see you have the option to receive the digest.
Now if I can get this to speed up.... It seems incredibly slow. I have my own dedicated server. Can you point me in the right direction to figure out speed issues?

That question is like 'how long is a piece of string?'.
I can poutn you to some our performance notes (http://codex.simple-press.com/.....nce-notes/) that may have some bearing bit usually it comes down to server and resources. If you are talking about a dedicated server at a hosting centre and it is really slow then there must be something wrong with the way it is configured.
