I just luv this plug... great job
I'm experiencing a couple of issues and I thinks it the way I configured it.
We use your plugin for a private member site... so all members are given full access status.
Features checked are:
Can view forum
Can start new topics
Can reply to topic
Can edit own posts forever
Can view members profiles
Can report posts
Can rate posts
Can bypass spam control
Can bypass post moderation
Can bypass post moderation once
Can upload images
Can create linked topics
Can use signatures
can us images in signatures
Can use private messaging
Can subscribe
Can watch topics
The Forum Permissions are set to full access
I want the members to be able to link their forum post to a blog category. However when you click add new topic the only option available is subscribe to topic. The create a link post feature is not there.
Is there something I'm not setting up correctly?

Well first question - are you using V 4.0.1 ? There was a small bug with this in 4.0.0 so you do need to upgrade.
A user needs three conditions to be able to make a blog post: (a) Forum permission 'can start new topics'; (b) forum permisison 'can create linked topics' and (c) WordPress capability to 'publish posts'. The latter means they need to have a role of 'Admin', 'Editor' or 'Author'
