Hi Guys,
Perhaps I am not expressing myself well - my blog http://www.SingularityWeblog.com already has at least 2 MailChimp opt in forms, which are used when people want to subscribe to the blog articles.
However, what I am trying to do is start a second list with people who will eventually register for the forum, after I launch it. Some of those may be already registered for the blog but some will undoubtedly be new. I want to have the ability to connect the Simple:Press registration with an email services such as MailChimp and, thus, start building a forum only list. Therefore, the currently available MailChimp WP plugins will be useless for those purposes.
In other words, I don't need to integrate MailChimp with WP but integrate MailChimp with Simple:Press!
Any suggestions?
Hm, OK that is showing my personal ignorance here but the issue still remains.
So say someone is registering for my Simple:Press Forum i.e. my WordPress. Then, how do I automate their placing on my MailChimp list?
It seems it still will be different than just merely posting an opt-in form in the side bar which is connected directly to MailChimp?
Well, so far this is the best that I have found:
http://wpplugins.com/plugin/22.....tegration/
Let me know if you think it will work or you expect any problems with that plugin and Simple:Press...
Thanks!
