Is it possible for users to moderate posts or threads using the thumbs-up or down system?

For example a post or thread will be automatically deleted if It receives a certain number of thumbs down?

Certainly not at the moment and no plans. Never been asked before.
But this could make a nice plugin project for V5 is soneome fancied tackling it
