Searched for this in the forums but did not find a topic on it.
I am having issues with users wanting to block the posts of other users ... like an "ignore" feature. I'd like to stay on simple press, but some people are leaving my forums because others use foul language. Is there an existing plugin for this?
The other thing I'd suggest is fixing what happens when flickr code from a main post goes to the forum it gets all kinds of messed up, as seen in all of the posts - to forum at my site yovenice.com

to block/ban users from the forum, create a user group for banned users... then apply the banned user group and a no permissions permission set to all forums...

Maybe I wasn't clear.
Some users get annoyed at other users posts and want to filter them out. I don't want to "globally" ban any users, but individual users on the site want to "ignore button" other users on the site. I've seen it as a feature on other forum software .. so lets say I don't like poster yyy because I think he is really rude, I can selectively ignore him although the rest of the site still sees his posts.

sorry, no… there is no way for a user to filter other users from the posts they see… not really something anyone has ever asked for before...
