I was wondering if this is possible that I put up a space in any of my WP page/sidebar where people can write questions and when they submit it they are prompted for registration/login. Once they do it, their Question is posted on forum!

Is this possible?

Possible yes. But you will need someone to code it.

v5 will be great, but no plans for something like this either... registration is realm of wp... but certainly a plugin for sp in 5.0 could alter it...
