How do I get everything emailed to me as admin?

I want to get notified every single time a post is updated or created by any member. Possible? I'm on v5 and can't find it. http://www.authormarketingclub.com
Also, since I'm here, any way to remove a lot of the stuff up top so that I don't have to scroll down so far always to get to the content?

turn posts on in 'your admin options'.
You can remove template functions from the spHead.php template file in your SP theme. They are mostly obvious as to what element they display. As always we recommend you create your own theme to save customisations from being overwriten by future updates.
