I think it would be cool if you had a setup like you do for the admin area. A place you can just pick the colors and look of the forum, rather than picking from existing skins, it will let you really customize it right their in the control panel. What do you think?

v5 currently has planned a templating/themeing system, so you can put elements where you want. accomplishes the same thing but even more powerful and configurable.
