Is there a way to autimatically add tags for members posts.

I'm wondering if there is a way to get automatic tags when members write posts? Sort of a SEO engine.
Also if when choosing the Mass Edit Tags menu, can I cover all posts at once?
Does anyone know of a plugin that would be able to analyze and create tag suggestions for the existing posts?

automatic tags? no, but there is a suggest tag feature when writing the post...

mass edit is topic by topic...

manage tags is more global...
