The Private Message system is very helpful for sending notices to all forum members, but the list of usernames that is shown can be a bit overwhelming when you have a lot of members like we do.
If possible, I'd like to suggest an option for hiding the list of "sent to" usernames when composing a message. Or, perhaps hide them by default if sent to all (or a certain number determined by preference) by an Admin.
Just a thought ...
If I have overlooked this option somewhere, please advise. Thanks!

I am not sure I follow you here. The list of members the PM is being sent to while composing the email is shown in a very limited (only nine lines) scrollable list box.
Are you perhaps referring to some other point in time?

Yes, when a user receives a message in their inbox it includes the list of all recipients who it was sent to.
I just noticed this when I checked a message I sent to all our members, when logged in as one of my test accounts. I had to scroll down past 450+ usernames to get to the message.

okay, you said when composing... so, you mean when receiving the PM... different situation all together...
No, nothing you can currently do about that, but I can certainly open a ticket for consideration...
