Hi,

I have had a lot of my users requesting the ability to view past posts in chronological order.

More specifically they would like to have a button that says "view last" and a box where you can ether pick or type in a number. This would then bring up a page with x number of forum posts starting with the most recent.

how is that different from now?  posts can be sorted in chronological order (default is)... you can also display on the front page the latest X number of posts (you set the X, not the user, so bit diff)...  the quicklinks dropdown also contains the latest posts...

so, could you elaborate - I must be missing something...
