I am not sure we can really answer this until we do our research. Well not answer definitively anyway.
But I can say, as a general principle, we always listen and try to accommodate user requests where possible and where practical.
At the moment, we just need some time to research the situation.

Thanks for looking into the additional myCred integration.
In addition to the usual things, the ability of a moderator or administrator to award extra myCred points for quality posts.
Such would be similar to the voting function, but only for moderators and above so that an award can be more than a popularity contest.
Perhaps via the "thank you" function or a new one written for this purpose.
