Put sf-pluggable.php outside of simple-forum folder

I suggest to move sf-pluggable.php outside of simple-forum folder, so it isnt overwritten with updates.

All plugin files are supplied in the simple-press folder as it's the only sensible way to package the plugin. The vast majority of users will never have a need to edit or move this file.

Having said that, you can move it yourself and tell SPF where you've put it in "Forum > Configuration > Storage Locations > Pluggable Functions File". Then when you upgrade you won't lose your changes!
