It took me a long time to find a translation plugin to allow me to have more than one language in my MU blogs and while the forum doesn't break, the qtranslate tags all get added so basically the post titles of all languages and the content of all languages appear in the post. I'd love to see these two great plugins work together.

Well I'm not nearly good enough of a coder to do this myself, but i think it should be posible.
I have a bilingual site in danish and english with forums in both languages.
The normal url-structure for simple-press forums is "sitename.com/forum/[forum-slug]".
For bilingual forums to work, I would only need to be able to set certain forums to use the url-structure "sitename.com/en/forum/[forum-slug]"
Or better yet set certain groups to use this different url-structure to enable a truly auto changing multilingual forum.
Maybe by enabling the option to set a second, optional forum permalink for each forum or group.
I hope i'm not making a fool of myself by suggesting something, that is simply impossible.
