Per your email to my client Government Auction:

What we're looking for is a way to be able to optimize each forum for SEO placement. As of now and correct me if I'm wrong, your backend allows one place to put info for keywords & descriptions that will be used for all the forums.
From a CMS perspective Greg's SEO Plug-in which is what Government Auction uses now allows you to be able to optimize each page. I'm hoping you can either add Greg's SEO plug-in the abiltiy to intergrate into Simple:Press or give Simple:Press the ability to optimize for each forum.

keep in mind each forum/topic/post/display/etc is on a single page... we just user some rewrite to make it appear so... integrating with that seo plugin or any other is problematic since they only see a single wp page... they would have to provide an api for other plugins to manually set them for any page... that said, we try not to require 3rd party plugins - none are needed for seo stuff with wp though aioseo support is still maintained since it existed before we had any seo options...
I can open a ticket for future consideration of adding in keywords for each forum...
