Right now when you click the post options it drops down the little icons, which is nice, BUT the bad thing is that it also makes your whole screen slide to the position (height) of that little option icon. 🙁
Similar effect like the # does for comment links (except the motion effect). 
It's very irritating.
Could you remove the 'sliding screen effect' when post/thread/forum options are clicked?

I have no idea what you are referring to... could you explain in more detail? ie, where, when, etc... what do you mean by post options?
suspect its some interaction with your wp theme... I certainly dont see any of that type effect described...

The problem was when you actually clicked it, edited a post, saved the post, refreshed the page and clicked the option icon again.. Then it caused the screen to slide up and down.
Update:
I've just tested it on Firefox and Chrome.
This problem occurs with Chrome only...
Forget this thread since it's not Simple:Forum's fault, it seems to be Chrome's weird behaviour.

Thanks for the update. I am unable to use or test Chrome as it's still not available for the Mac.

I hadnt noticed it with Chrome before, but can take a look this weekend and see what I see (on business travel at the moment).
