It's great that Simple Press has the option for people to edit their information using their BuddyPress profile, because that is the hub of the BuddyPress activity information and it's formatted to fit in with the rest of the website theme, but I don't see a way for them to edit their signature if Admin chooses this function. It would be great if signature edit was separate from Profile edit, so the forum user could edit their profile in BuddyPress but still have access to editing their signature.

Unfortunately I don't have any experience with BuddyPress, but I'm sure the other guys do. Will have to wait for one of them to take a look.

Ooh, I just read my first post again, and want to make sure it's clear:
I'm asking that the signature edit in Simple Press be separated from the profile edit in Simple Press. This way, when choosing the settings in the Simple Press Admin for users to edit their profile in BuddyPress, they still will have access to adding and editing a Simple Press signature

confused... the simple press signature is already available on the buddypress profile...
