I suggest a switching platform like MyBB it's easy and fast.

And insert easy polls in the forum.[Image Can Not Be Found]

switching platform?? sorry, not sure I understand what you are requesting...  could you please elaborate?

polls are currently supported via wp democracy plugin, but its admins only for inserting polls.  We have it on our list to provide full poll support in future update (not 4.1)
