Seems to work at first glance. Now I´d just have to find, why my “Beta SP-Forum” shows “-7117 seconds ago” at freshness and then cross fingers, the bbpress->SimplePress migration tool from here works 🙂

Humm, i set the WP-Settings from UTC+2h now to “Berlin” and at least it now displays “2 hrs ago” BUT the clock seems to bee 2 hrs ahead. So when I post right now it shows “16:36” although its 14:36 over here.
And this “The Simple:Press Users Timezone” thing I did´t find :/
Do you mean by that that you have set the server timezone but not your own personal users timezone? If so then it is on your SP profile.
Much more important: happily I tested to create a new Blog Article (BlogPost Linking activated) and got this:

…and I wanted to switch the forumsoftware today. So i better keep waiting.
As I said somewhere above only standard create topic/create post are supported in this initial cut. No plugins and extras. That includes blog linking
Thats not a problem. When I press F5 at the error it works and Forum post is also made up. But perhaps you can fix it, so that no error is displayed. The the topic is not “counted” would not be a problem.
So are you saying that it errors creating a normal forum topic or post if blog linking is active as I don’t see that to be the case. I am pretty sure I had both active and it seemed fine.
Or just that saving a blog linked topic errors?
