Support Forum
Hello, and thank you for creating and maintaining this excellent WP Pugin.
Your SP Forum was integrated into our WP Blog (a news bulletin) some time ago, and we have been linking each WP Post to the SP Forum by hand via the WP Dashboard.
To avoid the extra steps involved, a "Create Forum Topic automatically" option in the WP Dashboard would be a most useful feature.
Thanks again!
it is already built in... forum - components - blog linking is where you can set up the automatic stuff...

Thank you for your reply.
To clarify: The SP Forum settings to automatically generate a New Topic of WP Posts are checked in our Dashboard.
By manually clicking "Update" on a Post written or residing in the WP Dashboard, a new Topic in the SP Forum is created.
However, we use LiveWriter to post news stories on our WP Blog (as opposed to the WP Dashboard) and this does not seem to "automatically" create a New Topic in the SP Forum.
Our LiveWriter posts are automatically posted to Facebook via the Wordbooker plugin and Twitter via the TwitterTools plugin.
Is there an additional setting in the SP Forum plugin which "automatically" generates a new SP Forum Topic when a post is made via LiveWriter?
Thanks again!
is live writer a plugin for wp?? if so, it should use the wp api for creating posts and thus fire its hooks when a post is created... or it could fire the same wp hooks itself... but we need to know a post is created and we rely on the wp api for that...

still available? what? blog linking? if so, yes, you can get the plugin for sp that does blog linking on our downloads page...
if you are talking about live writer, unsure if it was changed to support the wp api with post creation...
