Hm and have you seen the translation work I did for you (and me of course)!
I translated the whole Reboot in Italian and some plugins!!! I did my bit 😀
Mr Papa tell me one thing: if I see a question of which I know the answer can I write it? It happened but I thought I better not do that. If I can then I will... maybe not for the next few weeks as I am in Italy on holiday with a little connection, but when back I can do that, no problem 😉 I'm gonna get that Vip badge!
My forum (in Italian) is: MsPforum
Of course you can - please do in fact! There are times when we may have a little difficulty covering things 24/7 and also sometimes an issue can be raised that you or another user may have experience of and we don't. Any help is appreciated.
The VIP badge - which was restricted under the old membership plans - is just something we have awarded to a very small handful of people that sometimes offer their help freely and assist other users. And who knows - when their current membership expires.... no hard plans yet but it is very early days!
Translations are always a difficult one to assess. To be brutally honest the majority of people who make translations do the little bit they specifically want and then we never hear from them again. Some will also translate locally and not share. I would like to reward those that stick around - translate new items on updates and generally contribute over the longer term but it is almost impossible to identify these people. The current glotpress software is really rather awful. The WP team are continually talking about improving it so hopefully when that happens we may get some stats that we can look at which might help.

I must say i really appreciate all the great support from this team.
I'm not a coder but just imagine the man hours spent in developing this forum plugin. Just keeping up with all the changes WordPress makes must be a nightmare.
The net is full of complainers and folks that expect everything for free. A great plugin like this deserves the financial support of those that use it.

What you have created is a wonderful piece of software and obviously you need to make a living. I just find these new membership plans and bundles extremely confusing. I was about to leave and give-up but decided to give some feedback.
Now, a person has to research each plugin, read up on it, decide which ones they might want to use (not knowing fully how they work or what they do until they see it in operation), add up the prices of each plugin or theme, do some math, pick an appropriate membership level to maximize savings and try to figure out how long they might need support for and the best plan for them. Totally confusing and unfortunately I think this might do more harm than good for you.
If you had a simple Platinum-Level plan that gives someone access to everything (all plugins and themes) along with priority support for one-low price, it's makes the purchasing decision extremely simple. One price to get it all.
Please take this into consideration. Thanks.
Wishing thinking that we could make a living from simple press 🙂 not even close... but certainly much better than a couple years ago where we were having to put money from our pocket into each and every month...
the biggest complaint (and it was more than a couple) about the old rigid membership system was that users couldnt not by a single plugin or two... quite a few users claim to have left because they were not willing to purchase a membership just to get a plugin or theme... its a tough one - trying to please all...
We are seriously considering a platinum membership that would give access to all... quite a few details (including cost point) to work out, but I would expect something in the near future...
btw, we love feedback, so thanks for sharing...

@mr-papa , another option would be to have people use a plugin for free for a period (eg. one week or a month) and then have them decide to buy or not to buy if they want to use it longer. That way playing around with all the options and their value for your particular set-up can be evaluated. However I don't know if that is technically feasible. However platinum is more simple I suppose.
