plugin-postToday, we have released some updates to a few of our plugins for Simple Press.

Theme and Language Selection

This release adds get/echo arguments to the template function so the html can be ‘gotten’ and manipulated rather than just echo’ed.

Private Messaging

This release cleans up some of the template tags to allow using links with requiring an icon.

Post As

This release is an enhancement to improve the user autocomplete ordering.

Search

This release is an enhancement to allow more optional layout design when customizing the search form.

Ban, Who’s Online, Post By Email, Rank Info, Subscriptions, Tags, Unanswered Topic, and Watches

This release is an enhancement to bring the template functions breadcrumb functionality into line with recent options for the breadcrumbs.

today I am seeing Simple Press = Version 5.5.11

and the latest plugin updates requiring version 5.5.4 – 5.5.9

 

bit confusing

how is that confusing?  the plugins simply list the minimum required sp versions…  5.5.11 is greater than all you listed, so they are supported…

OK, duh… was looking at the 1 and the 11 wasn’t registering… could be the wine

stupid question…where do i find the updates? do i need to buy it again?

Nope, all updates will be available to you for what you have even after your membership expires. To get updates, check the WP updater – The cycle / refresh logo in the top bar of your WP admin panel with the number next to it, or check your plugins list under Forum > Plugins as each one that needs an update will have a red background and a link wink
