Built upon the foundation laid by our Unified theme and completely precision reworked, Reboot is fully responsive and brings Simple:Press themes up to date with responsible use of new CSS3 features.
It also becomes the first Simple:Press theme to allow for child theme overlays - extending the customizing capabilities into new areas of simplicity.
Reboot is initially being shipped with 12 overlays - everything from the Orange we use here on our support site to the Minimal look.

The free core plugin comes with Default theme, and the other themes are available as part of either the 'Silver' or 'Gold' membership packages. With these you also get access to all the plugins and also access to the support forum for help.
At a glance it looks like the CSS for the forum isn't loading. It might be worth taking a look at the Forum > Integration page. It also looks like you have a jquery conflict on the page although I'm not sure that has any bearing on the CSS displaying properly - either way worth fixing.
But - as mentioned above, for support please open up a topic in our support forum.
