Yes currently there is our 'Unified' theme, which is the responsive theme we run on this support site for mobile. Just take a look at simple-press.com on your phone.

Also there is an option to run a separate theme for desktop, mobile, and tablet, so you don't have to use the same responsive theme on desktop. Also as we do on this support site.
