Over the next week or two we hope to have the details finalised to the point where we can introduce our users to the new team.
And as the handover is going to take a while to complete, both Steve and I will not be disappearing overnight but will be helping out for a while to aid the transition and make it as painless as we possibly can.
More details, of course, to follow as soon as we are able - along with more news on the next 5.8 update.
The future is looking much brighter!

Oh man, good luck to you all. I hope it works out well. Fingers crossed the new owners don't screw things up (or shake things up too much for current users).

Afraid there is not a lot of details yet that we are able to provide... we have entered into an agreement with new owners and are in the process of transferring everything over to them... we hope to be able to announce more soon... thanks for the continued interest!
